Dizertačná práca sa zaoberá vytvorením procesného modelu manažérskeho rozhodovania o investovaní v podniku. Vychádza z teoretických poznatkov z oblasti manažérskeho rozhodovania a investičného rozhodovania, pričom sa opiera aj o výskumy realizované pre podporu týchto procesov v podnikoch. Následne sú špecifikované problém, cieľ práce a hypotézy výskumu a taktiež metodológia dizertačnej práce. V ďalšej časti práce sú stanovené výsledky výskumu, na základe ktorých je možné v nasledujúcej časti stanoviť model manažérskeho rozhodovania s jeho postupnými činnosťami a nástrojmi, ktoré by mali podnik využívať pri procese manažérskeho rozhodovania o investovaní. This dissertation thesis deals with the creation of a process model of managerial decision making on investment in an enterprise. It is based on theoretical knowledge from the field of managerial decision making and investment decision making, whilst it is also grounded in researches conducted for the support of these processes in enterprises. Subsequently, the problem, aim of the thesis, and hypotheses of the research are specified, together with the methodology of the doctoral thesis. In the next section of the thesis, the results of the research are shown, based on which it is possible, in the following section, to define the model of managerial decision making with its sequential activities and tools that should be used by an enterprise in the process of managerial decision making on investment. In the end, theoretical and practical contributions of the doctoral thesis in relation to the practice and science are stated. Key words: Managerial decision making. Process of decision making.
