1. ASI Presentation Day - Engineering Project 3 [October 29, 2026]

1. prezentačný deň ASI - Inžiniersky projekt 3 [29.10.2026]

27.10.2026 12:00

We cordially invite you to the presentation days for students in the Applied Network Engineering (ASI) program.

If you are interested in topics such as: IS architecture, IoT, current network challenges, network modernization, migration, security, and network automation, we cordially invite you to attend the information session on October 29, 2026

If you are interested in topics such as: virtualization and the cloud, network optimization, innovative technologies and processes in a cybersecurity operations center, and intelligent network protection, we cordially invite you to the information session on the following date: November 5, 2026

The open house events will take place at the University of Žilina in Žilina in Lecture Hall AF3A5, which seats 117 people,
from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
High school students are welcome to come and learn how they can get involved at the university in solving real-world problems and work on current projects that reflect modern trends and focus on innovative technologies. We’d also be happy to welcome high school teachers, with whom we’d be glad to discuss other forms of collaboration.

Students nearing the end of the bachelor’s program in Information and Network Technologies (IaST) can use this opportunity to gain insight into the projects being worked on, as they will be joining the research team as additional members starting next academic year.

We invite employers and companies to share new insights on the issues being addressed or to ask specific questions. A significant portion of the projects is carried out in collaboration with external companies, so we would be delighted if you could join us, whether as our current or future partners.

The presentation days will take a hybrid format, so you can choose whether to attend in person in the AF3A5 auditorium or watch the presentations online. You can attend the entire event or just part of it. Your participation and support are very important to us, and we believe these days will bring you new inspiration and insights.
