Erasmus+ Teacher Mobility – Invitation to a Lecture – Contact Centers as Intelligent Communication Systems
We invite you to a lecture by Ms. Elma Avdagić Golub from the University of Sarajevo, Faculty of Traffic and Communication. Ms. Elma Avdagić Golub is the Vice Dean for International Relations and is currently on a teaching exchange at FRI UNIZA as part of the Erasmus+ KA171 program.
During her lecture, she will also introduce her university and faculty. The lecture will include examples of the use of machine learning.
