IT Marketplace 2026 Career Fair at the Faculty of Information Technology, UNIZA
The most popular career event at the Faculty of Management and Informatics, IT TRHOVISKO, will take place again in April and May. The event is held once per semester with the participation of industry partners at the Faculty of Management and Informatics, UNIZA. Upcoming dates for the IT TRHOVISKO career fair:

The event creates a unique opportunity for talented IT students to meet with top-tier IT companies not only from the Žilina region but from all over Slovakia. The goal of the event is to enable promising young people who see their future in IT to meet companies interested in expanding their teams with talented and skilled individuals.
In addition to the more than 1,600 students at our faculty, the general public and students from other faculties who are interested in this event are also welcome to attend the career fair.
Registered IT companies will be provided with a booth or a designated space for their own booth, along with catering and Wi-Fi access. IT companies also have the opportunity to post their job openings on the faculty’s professional portal, FRI.jobs.
During the dates of the IT Marketplace I and II events, graduating master’s and bachelor’s students will submit their master’s theses and bachelor’s theses. Additionally, on May 6, the faculty will host FRI Fest, the students’ favorite event, which will kick off the summer exam period. We hope that students will take advantage of this great opportunity to find a part-time job or an internship to fulfill the requirements of the mandatory “Practicum” course, or to arrange a collaboration on their final thesis for the upcoming academic year.
