We would like to thank our lecturers Katka Kardošová and Monika Adamčiaková for today’s practical lecture.
In the course Strategic Aspects of Human Resources, we were able to discuss with the students what motivates us, not only in the workplace.
Katka and Monika gave us a closer look at various approaches to boosting employee motivation, as well as the benefits offered directly by GLOBESY.
We also focused on the strategic importance of these activities. Students also had the opportunity to participate in an interactive activity and receive some cool swag.
