Interesting Apps

This section is dedicated to information about apps created by our students

First, we’re featuring a mobile app created by our student Ján Janušek—it’s an app for Windows Phone 8 and is about the Faculty of Management and Informatics. This app will help you get information about what’s happening at the faculty more quickly, and it also provides access to the menu at the new cafeteria. The app also includes an academic calendar, some important contacts, the office hours of the academic affairs office, and, of course, the developer’s contact information.

The next application is again by student Ján Janušek; this time, it is primarily intended for Cisco students and IT administrators. The app is used to calculate IPv4 subnets with variable subnet masks using the VLSM method. The app features a very simple user interface
