ŠPALEKOVÁ, Dominika: Budovanie inovačného spravodajského systému v podniku. Dizertačná práca sa zameriava na sumarizáciu poznatkov v oblasti spravodajských systémov. Hlavným cieľom práce je na základe podrobnej analýzy teoretických poznatkov v oblasti inovácií, inovačných procesov a najmä spravodajských systémov identifikovať kľúčové moduly inovačného spravodajského systému a navrhnúť komplexný inovačný spravodajský systém. Dizertačná práca pozostáva zo 6 kapitol. Prvá kapitola sa zameriava na analýzu teoretických poznatkov zo zahraničnej a domácej literatúry. Sú v nej vymedzené základné pojmy a rámce potrebné na tvorbu modelu inovačného spravodajského systému. Druhá kapitola sa venuje metodologickému rámcu dizertačnej práce a výskumu. Obsahuje aj definovanie hlavného problému práce, cieľa práce, čiastkových úloh a pod. Tretia kapitola práce sa orientuje na zhodnotenie aktuálneho stavu inovačných spravodajských systémov v zahraniční a na Slovensku. Zároveň obsahuje empirický výskum, ktorého výsledky ovplyvňujú tvorbu modelu inovačného spravodajského systému nachádzajúceho sa v štvrtej kapitole. Štvrtá kapitola obsahuje aj samotnú metodiku tvorby inovačného spravodajského systému. Piata kapitola obsahuje overenie správnosti a funkčnosti navrhovaného modelu a identifikáciu hlavných problémov vznikajúcich pri implementácií inovačného spravodajského systému do podnikov. Piata kapitola obsahuje aj návrh odporúčaní, ktoré majú eliminovať vzniknuté problémy. Šiesta kapitola sa venuje zhrnutiu teoretických a praktických prínosov dizertačnej práce. Žilina: Faculty of Management Science and Informatics, The University of Žilina in Žilina, 2019. – 153 p. The dissertation thesis on summarizing knowledge in the field of intelligence systems. The main objective of the work is to identify the key modules of the innovative intelligence system based on a detailed analysis of the theoretical knowledge in the field of innovation, innovation processes and especially intelligence systems and to design a comprehensive innovation intelligence system. The dissertation thesis consists of 6 chapters. The first chapter focuses on the analysis of theoretical knowledge from foreign and domestic literature. It defines the basic concepts and frameworks needed to create a model of innovative intelligence system. The second chapter deals with the methodological framework of dissertation and research. It also includes defining the main problem and aim of dissertation thesis, partial tasks, and so on. The third chapter of the thesis focuses on the evaluation of the current state of innovative intelligence systems in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. At the same time, it contains empirical research, the results of which influence the creation of the model of the innovative intelligence system found in the fourth chapter. The fourth chapter also contains the methodology of creating an innovative intelligence system. The fifth chapter includes verifying the correctness and functionality of the proposed model, and identifying key issues arising from the implementation of an innovative intelligence system into businesses. The fifth chapter also contains a draft of recommendations to eliminate the problems that have arisen. The sixth chapter deals with a summary of the theoretical and practical benefits of dissertation work.
